IYO Temporary is the new temporary restaurant of IYO Experience that is moving to Piazza Alvar Aalto, while waiting for the complete restyling of the historical location in Via Piero della Francesca, in front of the group's other two restaurants, Aalto and IYO Omakase.

The design of the temporary restaurant was entrusted to architect Maurizio Lai and will mark a trait-d'union between yesterday, today and tomorrow of IYO, and of Japanese catering in Italy.
