With the Summer beginning, Volvo Studio comes back with a new program of events in Porta Nuova.

June 30 - An Incredible Journey

“An Incredible Journey” is a series of meetings where some characters will tell their incredible story at the Volvo Studio and answer questions from the audience.
To guide us in this fascinating journey the talented Lia Capizzi, journalist, TV and radio presenter, author. On June 30th Lia Capizzi meets Giulia Terzi.
Giulia Terzi is a Paralympic swimming champion, at the Tokyo 2020 Games she collected 5 medals (2 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze) and also shone at the European championships, establishing herself among the greatest athletes in blue swimming. Giulia grew up with a rare congenital disease that forced her into a wheelchair since 2018. Today, in addition to the Olympic gold medals, Giulia can boast two degrees, one in Political Science and the other in Law obtained with honors a few days after her return from the Olympics.

7 and 8 July - La Milanesiana

In the year of its 23rd anniversary, La Milanesiana - Festival of Arts and Sciences - arrives at the Volvo Studio, with a meetings’ program dedicated to the relationship between science and literature.

7 July program

• 8.30 pm: Inauguration of the exhibition "VOLVO P1800 - Simon Templar, cinema and the myth of a car" by Elisabetta Sgarbi.
Speakers: Aurelio Picca, Chiara Angeli (Head of Commercial Operations Volvo Car Italia), Elisabetta Sgarbi.
• 9.00 pm: Piergiorgio Odifreddi, Hervé Le Tellier (Goncourt Award 2020) Aurelio Picca "THE NUMBERS AND THE UNIVERSE".
Extra-smooth in concert: “ROMANTIC ROBOT” - introduced by Elisabetta Sgarbi.

8 July program

• 9.00 pm: Andrea Moro, Giorgio Vallortigara, Jennifer Ackerman "THE WORDS OF SCIENCE".
Show between words and music with Francesco Tricarico - introduces Elisabetta Sgarbi.
