Dialoghi per l'Ambiente, conceived by BAM in collaboration with the Corriere della Sera Foundation, is back for the third year.
The third edition of Dialoghi per l'Ambiente will stimulate reflection on the theme of the relationship between man, food and the planet, touching on the issues of education, health and food safety; the circular economy and resource efficiency; waste and the fight against food waste and the impact that our nutritional choices have on the environment around us.
The contents and speakers were selected thanks to the generous contribution of a Scientific Committee chaired by Professor Marco Riva and made up of Sharon Cittone, Francesca Colombo, Federica Gasbarro, Anna Scavuzzo, Donatella Sciuto, Massimo Sideri and Roberto Stringa.
