Design must have a dual ethical and aesthetic function, with social and environmental purposes, also aligning itself with a form of art able to express more and more beauty and creativity.
Hence the idea of COIMA Image to create Piramide Dynamo Energies, a design installation that measures itself against energy suffering. Just as poor art resorted to waste materials, today art is called to deal with elements and materials that exploit the power of the sun. During the Design Week in Portanuova, the Dynamo Energies Pyramid, made with photovoltaic panels, is an example of design integrated with new energy sources. The aim of the installation is to raise awareness of the concepts of self-production of energy.
