Kakawa is an explosive, hybrid musical project born from the encounter of three musicians and three different worlds: Frei Rossi (producer), Dario Giovannini (multi-instrumentalist) and Devon Miles (singer).

In the music of the Kakawa as well as in the cultural and geographical influences of its members, remote spaces and times coexist, an entire compressed and articulated sound world, from the sounds and songs of initiation rites to drum machines, from percussion to synths, from guitars to samplers, from south to north, from past to present.

The Kakawa use many languages ​​to tell their stories, talking about respect for nature, travel, discoveries, parties, peace, love.
