Portanuova and the Biblioteca degli Alberi have become symbols of Milan, not only because of the beautiful buildings enclosing the verdant park, but also due to their historically green soul and environmental sustainability: a perfect harmony of natural and artificial ecosystems.
It is a still-evolving complex area between Porta Garibaldi Station, Via Melchiorre Gioia, the Varesine district, and the Corso Como area.
