A weekly training program dedicated to new mothers, to do physical activity next to their baby.

Each lesson is designed for optimal physical recovery, with targeted post-partum exercises, while entertaining your baby simultaneously: thanks to the swinging of the stroller or some facial movements, the goal is muscle toning and the psycho-physical well-being of the mother and, consequently, of the child.
